In order to exercise the right to change the product, you must comply with the terms and conditions mentioned below:

  • • Proof of purchase is required.
  • • Only one change per article of each order can be made.
  • • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, with labels and original packaging.
  • • You can make changes for products with a new size or another model of your choice.
  • • In case of choosing a product with greater value, the client assumes the payment of the remaining difference, prior coordination with customer service. If the change is for a product of lesser value than the original, the price difference will not be returned.
  • • In case of not having availability for the change, the value of the product will be delivered in a credit note for a new purchase.
  • • The credit note to make a new purchase at WAWA PIMA will be sent approximately in 2 business days after receipt of the product. This coupon has validity for 60 days as of the date of creation.
  • • No changes are allowed for items that run discount in the LIQUIDATION or PROMOTION section.
  • • Product change will be subject to inventory availability at the time of the change.
  • • The changes will be dispatched approximately in 2 business days after receipt of the product in stock and will apply the same times of a regular delivery.

Procedure for changing product in Lima:

Do not forget that before initiating the change procedure you must comply with the policy requirements for product changes.
The change procedure in Lima is as follows:

  • • Contact our customer service area.
  • • Details the reason for the change and tell us which other product you want to change it for.
  • • Our customer service area, in coordination with you, will designate the store where the product change will take place.
  • • You must take the product to the store suggested by customer service, it will be checked by our team, as it will be verified that the product has no use and is in perfect condition conditions.
  • • Once the product is accepted by the team, we will deliver the new product requested.

Product change procedure in province:

To start the change procedure in the province, you must go to the nearest Courier office chosen during the purchase process and deliver the product that you want to change along with the proof of purchase.
It is necessary that the package is packed and labeled with the following information:

MONEY RETURN POLICY IN VIRTUAL STORE

If you are not totally satisfied with your order, request the return of your money for the product purchased, for this you must meet the following conditions:

  • • You have a maximum term of 15 business days from the date you make your purchase.
  • • All product returns must be made by submitting proof of purchase online.
  • • You must have original packaging and labels
